In its coveted objective to provide security to its customers the bank in collaboration with Exide life insurance which inter-alia provides insurance cover to all deposit account holders and customers. The Bank has an efficient mechanism for NPA management and it has managed to keep net NPA at 1.07percent of net bank credit. Know Your Customer (KYC)/ Anti Money Laundering norms are followed in accordance with the regulatory norms. The bank gives high priority to customer feedback and complaints to strengthen its resolve to be a preferred provider of retail banking services.
